Do I have to pick a ribbon?
No, you can opt to have a different ribbon for a different cause or no ribbon at all. Just let us know when you fill out the online form.
Does the blanket have to be Blue?
No, but we use the blue color to correspond with the colors of the Down syndrome Awareness ribbon. You can certainly let us know in the "Additional Comments" on the online form if you would rather have it in a different color. We can certainly accommodate.
What theme or animal can I choose?
You can choose whatever you like however, please note that we are not able to create any design using Licensed figures or brands (Disney, Marvel etc). You can view our Gallery to view some of our previous designed blankets to get ideas and inspiration. They are all custom made and custom produced to the name of your choosing.
How long will the design process take ?
The design process turn around is approximately 24-72 hours after you submit the online form depending on the time of the year and the number of requests we get there may be a time where we would experience delays. However, you should at least hear from someone within that time frame.
How do I order ?
Once you are happy with the design, we will then send you a custom link to our store where you can place the order securely.
What is your production time?
Please allow up to 3 business days after your order is placed for your items to be produced. Each item is hand-made just for you in our state-of-the-art production facility in Los Angeles, CA. We take great pride in delivering the highest quality products for our customers and thank you for your patience while we handcraft your order.
What material are the blankets made of?
Each blanket features a premium soft suede polyester fleece for beautiful color vibrancy.
Cozy underside is constructed from an ultra-soft micro fleece to keep you warm and comfortable.
Perfect for snuggling while watching TV on the couch, relaxing on a sofa, or reading in bed.
Machine washable with cold water gentle cycle and mild detergent.

Where are you located?
Our office is located in Idaho where we lovingly create our designs, and our wonderful production facility is in Los Angeles. What's different about us is that we print your design on demand. We don't have piles of inventory sitting around, we sell unique designs and make them after you order. This ensures that our customers get a unique and custom experience every time they shop.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is delivered via USPS, FedEx or UPS in the United States. Our average shipping time within the USA is 4 business days depending on the order's destination.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each order is handcrafted in our production facility for 1 - 3 business days, it is then shipped to you. Total production + delivery time withing the USA is 7-10 Business days. For specific International delivery time frame please contact us.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, you will be emailed a tracking number once your order is shipped.
What is your refund policy?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Photo proof demonstrating the defected or damaged area of your order is required for a refund or exchange.
